Following the success of her first signature model, Ibanez and Yvette Young now present the YY20-OCS Orange Cream Sparkle as the follow-up, for which the ever-innovative guitarist has selected a classic alder Talman body loaded with a pair of Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro™ pickups to guarantee a more vintage foundation sound with a sugar-coated treble response. Meanwhile, the fixed six-saddle Gotoh® GTC202 bridge and MG-T locking tuners team up to promise dependable tuning stability and clean intonation.

The YY20-OCS: Get Creative

To complete the build, Young has opted for a rosewood fretboard with a modern 12" radius and 22 medium frets that are simple to track in the dark thanks to luminescent side-dots. What's great as well is that Ibanez have pre-installed a pack of D’Addario EXL116 .011-.052 strings tuned in F-A-C-G-B-E, basically inviting players to start experimenting with creative licks straight after a quick initial tune-up. To finish, the YY20-OCS even comes with a sticker sheet so you can put on that all important, customised finishing touch yourself.
